Ltd. E-77/121, GIDC, Savli (Manjusar), Dist: Vadodara (Gujarat) issued vide, F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-30/2009 dated the 17th January, 2011, by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
