S. O… (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 62/1994-Customs (N. T.) dated the 21^st November, 1994, namely: –

In the said notification in the TABLE, against serial number 9 relating to the State of Orissa, in columns 3 and 4, after the existing entries, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:-

		“(4) Dhamra	Unloading of imported goods, namely, Coking coal, Thermal coal and limestone and loading of Iron ore for export.”
