S.O.   (E). – In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 71/2006-Customs (N.T.), dated the 23^rd June, 2006, S.O. 942(E), dated the 23^rd June, 2006, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures “2005”  the figures “2006” shall be substituted.
