Amendment in Appendix 30A of the HBP. Vol.I

PUBLIC NOTICE No. 60/2009-14, NEW DELHI: 6^th May, 2010

In exercise of powers conferred under Para 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments  in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), 2009-14:-

1.       After Sl. No. 5 of the Appendix 30A related to “Export Obligation Period for specified inputs”, a new Sl. No. 6 stands added as follows from immediate effect.

This issues in public interest.
