NOTIFICATION No. 87/2007-Customs (N.T.),

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to act as officers specified in column (4) of the Table below in the maters relating to Show Cause Notices specified in the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) of the said Table, for the purposes of adjudication, namely:-
