S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Coimbatore and authorizes him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on Commissioner of Customs, Customs House, Tuticorin for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Rubfila International Limited, New Industrial Development Area, Menon Para Road, Kanjikode, Palakkad issued, vide, F.No.INT/DGCEI/CHZU/154/2005 / OR No.9/2006-SCN No.60/2006 dated the 21st July, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Central Excise Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, C-3, ‘C’ Wing, Rajaji Bhavan, Besant Nagar, Chennai-90.
