Notification No. 19 2007-Customs

G.S.R.110(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number 45/2005-Customs dated the 16th May, 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 318 (E) dated 16th May, 2005, namely:-

In the said notification, the second proviso shall be omitted.

Note.- The Notification No. 45/2005-Customs dated 16th May, 2005, was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 318 (E) dated 16th May, 2005 and was last amended by the notification No. 16/2007-Customs dated 21st February, 2007 [ G.S.R.No.98(E), dated21st February, 2007].
