The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced a one-time measure for eligible candidates who passed the CA Final Examination before the implementation of the New Scheme of Education from 1st July 2023 but could not apply for ICAI membership due to non-completion of the mandatory Advanced Information Technology Training (Adv. ITT) and/or Management & Communication Skills (MCS) Course. Such candidates may complete these mandatory learning requirements through ICAI’s Digital Learning Hub (DLH), subject to the applicable guidelines and conditions. Registration for the Virtual Advanced ITT and Virtual MCS courses commenced on 1st August 2026 through the DLH and will remain open until 30th June 2027. The announcement also provides a link for detailed course information and contact details for queries relating to the MCS and Advanced ITT courses.

ANNOUNCEMENT
One-time Opportunity for Eligible CA Final Pass Candidates to complete Virtual Advanced Information Technology Training (Adv. ITT) and Management & Communication Skills (MCS) Course to apply for membership of ICAI.
The Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has decided a special one time measure for eligible candidates who had passed the CA Final Examination prior to implementation of the New Scheme of education applicable from 1st July, 2023 but could not apply for Membership due to non-completion of the mandatory Advanced Information Technology Training (Adv. ITT) and/or Management & Communication Skills (MCS) Course.
Such eligible candidates may now complete these mandatory learning requirements through the Digital Learning Hub (DLH), subject to the applicable guidelines and conditions.
Registration for the Virtual Advanced ITT and Virtual MCS Courses shall commence from 1st August, 2026 through the Digital Learning Hub (DLH) of ICAI. The registration window shall remain open till 30th June 2027.
