The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the results of the CA Foundation Examination held in May 2026. Out of 90,217 candidates who appeared, 18,124 passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 20.09%. Among male candidates, 46,798 appeared and 9,769 passed with a pass percentage of 20.88%, while 43,419 female candidates appeared and 8,355 passed with a pass percentage of 19.24%. A total of 1,06,144 candidates were admitted for the examination, which was conducted across 609 centres in India and abroad. Sakshi Jain of Nashik secured the All India First Rank with 371 marks (92.75%), followed by Ayanabbas Ajani of Chandrapur with 367 marks (91.75%) and Radha Unmesh Mulay of Pune with 365 marks (91.25%). ICAI President CA. Prasanna Kumar D congratulated the successful candidates and encouraged them to remain focused, disciplined and committed to continuous learning as they progress towards becoming Chartered Accountants. The results and marks have been hosted on the website, where candidates can access them using their registration number and roll number.
