Telangana High Court Directs Revenue Authorities to Process Mutation & e-Pattadar Pass Book Applications Within 60 Days

Case Background
The petitioners approached the Telangana High Court seeking implementation of a civil court decree passed in O.S. No.16 of 2016 dated 30.03.2019 by the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad.
The dispute related to agricultural lands situated at Ghattupally Village, Pudur Mandal, Vikarabad District, covering various survey numbers aggregating to Acs.6-12 guntas.
The petitioners sought:
- Mutation of their names in revenue records; and
- Issuance of e-pattadar pass books.
Earlier, the petitioners had already approached the High Court in W.P. No.32810 of 2022, where directions were issued to the revenue authorities to consider their applications within eight weeks.
