In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Public Notice No.94 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated 27th March, 2006.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 1stSeptember, 2004 – 31st March, 2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No.55 (RE-2005)/2004-2009 dated 27th March, 2006.
