Office Order No. 68 of 2021 Consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority, the following officers are, hereby, promoted to the grade of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (Pr. CIT) (level 15 in the pay matrix Rs. 1,82,200-2,24,100/-) on in-situ basis with immediate effect or w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post by them, whichever is later:-

a. All Cinema Halls (Single Screens and Multiplexes)/ hotels/ restaurants to operate on 50% capacity with following restrictions: i. No entry will be allowed without proper wearing of Masks. ii. Temperature measuring devices to be used to ensure no one with fever gets an entry.
it is decided that the ‘Work From Home” permission in terms of Rule 43 of SEZ Rule 2006 is extended till 30.06.2021. A review of the same will be taken thereafter for further decision in the matter.
Regulation 27 of the CIRP Regulations requires a RP to appoint two registered valuers within seven days of his appointment but not later than forty-seventh day from the insolvency commencement date (ICD). Valuation is a quintessential part of the CIRP and is crucial to formulate a compliant resolution plan. Timely appointment of valuers is vital to completion of CIRP in a time bound manner. However, it has been observed that there has been inordinate delay in appointment of valuers by Mr. Shah in the following 4 assignments, the details of which are as under:
Conformity to standard and compulsory use of Standard Mark.- Goods or articles specified in the column (1) of the Table shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard mentioned in the column (2) of the said Table and shall bear the Standard Mark under a license from the Bureau as per Scheme-I of Schedule-II of Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018.
(1) This Order may be called the Flux Cored (Tubular) Electrodes (Quality Control) Order, 2021. (2) It shall come into force with effect from 1st September 2021.
In view of the above, the Authority, in exercise of powers conferred vide notification of Central Government no. GSR 1316(E) dated 18-10-2017 under section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013 and in pursuance of rule 15 and rule 17 of the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, hereby warns Mr. Lakhan Lal Gupta that he should take reasonable care and due diligence while performing his functions under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017.
