In this regard we wish to bring in your kind knowledge that MCA has now introduced a welcome feature for the registered users of MCA21 to track not only the details of all the Companies in which a person is/was a director but also his designation, date of appointment /cessation and defaulting status of that company.

Asserting that Companies that have not filed annual returns and balance sheet to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for past five years have been put on notice, a senior official of MCA today said there were 80,000 such companies in Northern India.
