The Due date for filing for non tax audit assessess is over by 5th Aug 2013 and many of the assessees have filed the returns and the department is releasing itr 4 at this stage. the due date for filing for tax audit assessees is approaching fast and till at this time they are releasing utilities frequently and uploading the same at the website. How can departments expects to file the returns before the due date with all reports.
