Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has issued an important notice for students registered in the CS Executive Programme between June 1, 2019, and January 31, 2025. These students were required to complete the mandatory One Day Orientation Programme (ODOP) before submitting their examination forms for the June 2025 session. While ICSI had allowed completion of ODOP through online mode up to April 7, 2025, those who have not completed it by the deadline are now required to undergo a Three Days Orientation Programme (TDOP) online as a substitute.
This TDOP will be provided through ICSI’s Learning Management System (LMS) at no additional cost. The Institute will soon circulate specific instructions and access details for completing the TDOP via the LMS platform to all eligible students. Students who have already completed the ODOP—either in physical or online mode—are not required to take any further action and may disregard this communication.

Sub.: Conversion from ODOP to TDOP via “Online Mode”
Dear student(s),
The students registered into CS Executive Programme on or after 1st June, 2019 till 31st January, 2025 are required to complete One Day Orientation Programme (ODOP) before filling up their Examination form. In order to facilitate these students (who are eligible to appear in June 2025 CS Examinations but yet to complete the mandatory ODOP), the Institute had extended the provision to complete ODOP ‘through Online Mode’ up to 7th April 2025.
However, the students who have not completed ODOP till 07.04.2025 either on physical mode or on online mode are required to complete online Three Days Orientation Programme (TDOP) in lieu of ODOP. The Online TDOP
would be provided through LMS portal to all the remaining students (on whom ODOP is applicable) without any additional fees.
Further, the details to complete the TDOP through online mode at LMS portal shall be circulated separately to all the eligible students shortly.
Kindly note that ODOP is one time activity and if you have already attended the orientation program, kindly ignore this communication.
