EMPANELMENT OF STOCK AUDITORS IN STATE BANK OF INDIA, BANGALORE CIRCLE.

The following is the matter for putting up the advertisement in the Bank’s Web site.

Applications are invited from companies / firms of Chartered /Cost Accountants who are based in Karnataka and having at least three years of experience, for empanelment of Stock Auditors in State Bank of India, Bangalore Circle. All the existing stock auditors on the Bank’s panel as well as new applicants may submit the following for empanelment through any one of the Branches/SMECCCs/RASMECCCs and Administrative offices of the Bank.

i. Application and Bio Data form along with Degree/Diploma certificate.

ii. Copy of membership certificate of Indian Institute of Chartered Accounts / Cost Accountants.

iii. Certificate of Practice.

iv. Experience certificates, if any.

The applications may be submitted up to 10th April, 2014. On receipt of the applications the Bank will scrutinize the applications and select the necessary number of applicants, based on experience, competence in handling such work, reasonableness of the charges and locational advantage etc. On completion of the empanelment formalities, as Stock Auditors, the empanelled list of Stock Auditors will be valid for a period of one year or till further review. The applications received from the date of publication till the final date mentioned in therein, only will be considered. The Bank reserves the right to choose the necessary number of Stock Auditors among the applications received. A periodical review of the performance will be carried out based on the feed back received from the branches. The Bank reserves the right to reject any of the application without giving any reason. The decision of the Bank in regard to the selection and empanelment will be final and binding.

EMPANELMENT OF VALUERS IN STATE BANK OF INDIA FOR BANGALORE CIRCLE.

The following is the matter for putting up the advertisement in the Bank’s Web site.

Applications are invited from qualified Engineers /valuers, who are based in Karnataka and having a minimum of three years experience, for empanelment in State Bank Of India, Bangalore Circle, as Valuers of both movable and immovable Assets. All the existing valuers on the Bank’s panel as well as new applicants may submit the following for empanelment through any one of the Branches! RACPCs / SMECCCs and Administrative offices of the Bank.

i. Application and Bio Data form along with Degree/ Diploma certificate.

ii. Copy of membership certificate of Indian Institute of Valuers.

iii. Copy of approval as Valuer under Section 34AB of Wealth Tax Act, 1957 by Income Tax authorities.

iv. Experience certificates, if any.

The applications may be submitted up to 10th April, 2014. On receipt of the applications the Bank will scrutinize the applications and select the necessary number of applicants, based on experience, competence in handling such work and locational advantage etc. On completion of the selection formalities, as valuers, the empanelled list of valuers will be valid for a period of one year or till further review. EMPANELMENT OF STOCK AUDITORS / VALUERS -GUIDELINES

State Bank of India invites application for Stock Auditors / Valuers, those having their place of business in the State of Delhi, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and the following districts of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana may send their offers:

AGRA, ALIGARH, ETAH, FIROZABAD, HATHRAS, MAINPURI, MATHURA, BAGHPAT, BULANDSHAHR, GAUATAM BUDH NAGAR, GHAZIABAD, MEERUT, MUZAFFARNAGAR, SAHARNPUR, ROORKEE, GURGAON, SONEPAT, FARIDABAD, MEWAT, PALWAL may apply as per the following:

A. Stock Auditors

• The Auditors should be from companies/firms of Chartered/Cost Accountants with at least 3 years of experience. Those companies/firms who have personnel with engineering background to assist in conducting the Stock Audit will be given preference.

• Those who are already empanelled with us/other banks/FIs and having good track record of handling the assignments will be given preference.

• Experience/competency in handling stock audit, adherence to the specified time frame, reasonableness of the charges and locational advantage will be taken into consideration.

B. Valuers of Collateral Security

• The valuers should be from companies/firms of engineers with at least 3 years of experience

• Members of the Institution of Valuers will be preferred.

• Those already empanelled with the Bank/other banks/FIs//LIC/GIC will be given preference.

• Experience, competence in handling such work, reasonableness of the charges and locational advantage will be taken into consideration.

• Registration with the Wealth Tax.

2. THOSE ALREADY ON THE PANEL OF OUR BANK AND ALSO THOSE WHO HAVE SUBMITTED THEIR APPLICATIONS IN THE PAST FOR SUCH EMPANELMENT NEED TO APPLY DENOVO.

3. Bank resumes the right not to empanel any of the companies/firms etc. without assigning any reasons.

 4. The panel will be reviewed at yearly intervals & bank resume the right to depanel any of the company/firm in between on observance of unsatisfactory performance/report.

5. Bio-data form placed as annexure A & B respectively for Stock Auditors & Valuers be submitted duly completed in all respect, which must reach at undernoted address within 15 day from date of publication in Newspapers:
