Sir,
The Delhi Building & other Construction Workers Welfare Board was established in the year 2002 under BOCW Act, 1996 primarily for the welfare of construction workers and their family members. Delhi Rules 2002 were also framed and notified in the year 2002. The Board collects one percent cess on all construction projects which cost 10 Lakhs and above.
The Board is required to prepare Books of Accounts every year and get it Audited (Statutory) by Comptroller and Auditor General of India, for which you are requested to obtain tender document from this office on any working day between 9:30 am to 6. Pm at a cost of Rs. 100/- per tender on request and quote the rates for Internal Audit of Books of Accounts for the Financial Year 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 ( 4 FYs ) after fulfilling conditions.
Please note that last date for submission of tender document is 26th April, 2017 upto 2:00 pm

PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
The Chartered Accountant firm eligible for the bidding process must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
1. The Chartered Accountant firm should be based at Delhi.
2. The Chartered Accountant firm should be registered with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. They must have Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Service Tax Registration.
3. The firm should have been in operation for at least 10 years after its registration.
4. The firm should have experience in handling Statutory Audit of at least 3 Public Sector Undertakings or Government Organization during the last five years.
5. The Firm should be registered with Service Tax Department for which necessary documents is to be submitted.

Whether 3 PSU audit means 3 years audit of 1 PSU or 3 different PSU in last 5 years and how to apply for this?
