The Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, established under an act of Parliament in 1959, is a leading costing and regulatory body in India with approximately 600,000 students and 75,000 members nationwide. In a meeting held on August 4, 2024, CMA Santosh Pant was elected as the Chairman for the year 2024-25. CMA Pant is a fellow member of the Institute. The meeting also saw the election of other key members: CMA Satya Narayan Mittal as Vice Chairman, CMA Rakesh Yadav as Secretary, CMA Jeewan Chandra as Treasurer, and CMAs Manish Kandpal, Honey Singh, and Madhuri Kashyap as Regional Council Members. This newly elected leadership aims to continue the Council’s mission of promoting the profession and serving its members and students. CMA Santosh Pant has been elected as Chairman in the Northern India Regional Council Meeting held on 04thAug, 2024 for the year 2024-25. He is a fellow member of the Institute.
