I am an Accounting & Finance graduate (B.Com Hons) from Calcutta University, with a strong passion for corporate and intellectual property law. Currently, I am pursuing CS Executive at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and LL.B (3 Year) from JNCU, aiming to become a future company secretary and corporate lawyer. During my B.Com studies, I had the opportunity to intern at R. Harlalka & Co., a renowned chartered accountants firm located in the Government Place area, Kolkata. This experience exposed me to the significance of corporate laws and fueled my interest in pursuing a career in company secretarial work and corporate laws. To further enhance my skills and knowledge, I am actively engaged in training at NCLT, where I am honing my expertise in the field. Additionally, I had the privilege of interning at the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court for a few months, gaining valuable exposure to the legal profession.
