My name is Sanya Mirg and I am currently pursuing my third year of a five-year law degree (2024–2029) at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, NMIMS. I have a keen interest in legal research, writing, and drafting, particularly in areas such as corporate law, contract law, and constitutional law. I aim to develop a strong understanding of legal principles and their practical application while continuously improving my analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. I have completed a one-month internship at Jus Corpus, where I worked on legal articles, blogs, and journals, gaining valuable experience in legal research and writing. I have also written an article titled “Judicial Activism vs. Judicial Restraint: Reassessing Constitutional Interpretation.” Additionally, I have completed a contract drafting course through Great Learning and earned a certificate, which helped me develop a better understanding of contractual provisions and legal documentation. I consider myself a dedicated, curious, and detail-oriented individual who is always willing to learn and take on new challenges. I believe that consistency, adaptability, and a willingness to improve are essential for professional growth. Through my academic studies, internships, and additional learning opportunities, I aspire to strengthen my legal knowledge and gain practical exposure to the legal profession. My long-term goal is to build a successful legal career by combining sound legal knowledge with practical skills, professional ethics, and a commitment to continuous learning.
