I work on corporate and commercial law matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, PE/VC, and startup transactions. My work involves assisting in due diligence, contract review, and transaction-oriented legal research, with a focus on identifying risks and supporting deal structuring. I have gained hands-on experience working on corporate matters, including agreement review, documentation analysis, and regulatory research, contributing to practical and business-focused legal solutions. My work has also been published on TaxGuru, where I analyse complex corporate law issues and present them in a clear and accessible manner for both professionals and wider audiences. I have engaged with students and aspiring professionals through invited sessions under government initiatives, focusing on legal careers and professional development. I secured Rank 1 in the University of Kashmir Law Entrance Examination (2022) and qualified CLAT in my first attempt, securing an allotment at NLU Mumbai. I am focused on building a career in transactional law, with an emphasis on high-value corporate deals, contract structuring, and advisory work.
