Etika Aggarwal (CS, LL.B, M.COM) is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2015. Since then she is continuously exposed to various secretarial assignments including incorporation of various private (including one person companies), public & section 8 Companies and LLPs and their closure, removal of Directors, appointment & cessation and other compliances under Companies Act, 2013 etc. She is also exposed to other corporate laws such Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, 2016, FEMA etc. She has a huge experience in handling M& A transactions including reconstruction of Company's capital. She has also completed her bachelor in law in the year 2017 since then she is associated with a law firm in Saket. She is also a commerce graduate and completed her Masters in corporate Governance. She is also a visiting Faculty of ICSI-Gurugram Chapter and ICSI- Noida Chapter for EDP, PDP and MSOP (mandatory trainings from ICSI). She has attended several cases of arbitration for commercial disputes under RERA, 2016.
