Goods and Service Tax or GST is a new tax structure by the Government of India that will act as the indirect tax reform, eliminating the tax boundaries between the state and central. Due to the emergence of GST, there comes a sudden hike in the charges of the postpaid plans as the telecom industry will attract a tax rate of 18%.
