Completed articleship with specialization in GST, earlier Indirect taxes such as Service tax & Central excise and Internal audit. Independently handled tax reviews under both GST & earlier indirect taxes in various sectors (E.g. Manufacturing including SEZ/ EOU, Real Estate, Mining, Hotel, Automotive, Education, Information Technology, Pharma, News media, Jewellery). Has experience in analysing & drafting opinions, suggesting tax planning/ optimisation arrangements, analysing export/ FTP benefits, replies to Departmental notices and preparation of Appeal papers before CESTAT.
Has strong analytical and interpretation skills. An active participant in online discussions and a contributor of articles on indirect taxes in various forums.
