Applicants must prepare a comprehensive set of documents, including company registration papers (like Certificate of Incorporation, MoA, AoA), PAN and Aadhaar copies for the company and directors/owners, rent agreements/NOC if applicable, and detailed lists of products, components, and equipment. The applying entity’s staff must also be qualified, typically holding degrees in B.Sc. (Botany, Chemistry, or Biotechnology), BAMS, or B.Pharma. The application process involves multiple steps: proper documentation, applying for a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certificate first, and securing a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CoPP) if planning to export. Finally, the completed application form, along with attachments and the required fee (which typically ranges from Rs.2,000 to Rs.15,000 depending on the number and type of drugs), is submitted to the Ministry of AYUSH for verification and subsequent issuance of the registration certificate.

Who can apply for Ayush license Certificate?
1. Your product should meet the quality safety and efficiency requirement.
2. The staff of the APPLICANT must be qualified in Bachelor of Science or Botany, Chemistry and biotechnology or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and surgery or Bachelor of pharmacy
3. If you want to start the Ayurvedic product manufacturing as per AYUSH guidelines you must maintain the necessary hygiene and manufacturing product protocol
Ayush License Registration Fees
The face of Ayush Licence varies from 2000 to 10,000 right for any number of ayurvedic unani & Siddha the drugs right and additionally the piece of 10 proprietary auctions will vary from 3000 to 15,000.
Step by step process to apply for Ayush certificate
Step-1 Documentation
When you are planning to apply the Ayush Licence from Ministry you have to require attach all of the documents which are mentioned in the application like Aadhar, PAN, certificate of incorporation, MOA and AOA.
Step-2 Apply for GMP certificate
If you want to start a ayurvedic product manufacturing you should apply gmp certificate from the ministry of Ayush before you apply for Ayush Licence you could apply for good manufacturing practise certificate
STEP-3 Apply for CoPP certificate
When you are planning to export the ayurvedic product unani product or sit the product you have to apply for the CoPP certificate from the ministry of Ayush.
STEP:4 Download the Ayush Certificate application form
After Filling all the required information in the application form and attaching the all the required attachment you have required to download the application form and file or submit with the Ministry of Ayush.
Step:5 Fill out and submit the form
After downloading the form you have to upload the form along with the attachments and required piece thereafter the department will check and verify the information and documents and if information the department is found correct the department will issue a certificate of certificate of registration.
