The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has written to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to request additional user awareness sessions for the upcoming Annual Filing Module under MCA-21 V3. The ICSI acknowledged MCA’s efforts in enhancing corporate governance and digitization. As a professional body, the ICSI assists in compliance awareness. With the new module launching, there is a need to inform professionals, corporates, and stakeholders about new functionalities and procedural updates. The ICSI has received requests from its members for interactive sessions in Bengaluru and Delhi, prompting their proposal to organize these at their own premises in both cities. The letter expresses a desire for continued collaboration on governance and compliance.

At the outset, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (the ICSI) extends its warm greetings and sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for its continuous efforts in strengthening corporate governance, ease of doing business, and digitization through its various initiatives.

As the apex professional body for Company Secretaries in India, the ICSI plays a pivotal role in facilitating compliance awareness and capacity-building among stakeholders of the corporate ecosystem.
With the upcoming launch of the Annual Filing Module under MCA-21 V3, keeping in view the need to sensitize professionals, corporates, and stakeholders on the new functionalities, procedural updates, MCA is conducting various seminars across country. In this regard, the ICSI has received requests from number of CS professionals to have such interactive sessions in Bengaluru and Delhi
Therefore, we propose to organize two more interactive user awareness sessions in the ICSI premises in New Delhi and Bengaluru for the members based in these locations.
