Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) issued a corrigendum dated 31st January 2025, to correct errors in Notification No. 05/2025 – Integrated Tax (Rate), initially published on 16th January 2025 in the Gazette of India. The corrigendum makes the following adjustments to page 9 and 10 of the notification: (i) replacing “ii” with “i” on line 2 of page 9; (ii) updating references from “See para 4(xxxvi)” to “See para 5(xxxvi)” on lines 18 and 41 of page 9, and line 13 of page 10. These changes aim to ensure the accuracy of the notification’s references. The corrigendum was issued under file number 190354/2/2025-TO (TRU-II) and signed by Md. Adil Ashraf, Under Secretary to the Government of India.
