Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has introduced an online module for filing the Annual Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Return. This follows the publication of Public Notice No. 27/2024-25. The module is now accessible on the DGFT portal under the ‘Regulations > RoDTEP’ section. To assist exporters, a user guideline along with frequently updated FAQs has been provided on the same portal. Members of trade and industry, including Export Promotion Councils (EPCs) and the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), are encouraged to utilize this platform for seamless compliance.

Members of Trade and Industry may note that consequent to publication of Public Notice No. 27/2024-25, regarding Filing of Annual RoDTEP Return, a Module for the same has been introduced on the DGFT Website. It can be accessed on the DGFT Portal- www.dgft.gov.in under the link `Regulations>RoDTEP’.
2. A user guideline, with FAQs (dynamically updated), is also being uploaded for the benefit of the exporters under the same link.
