S.O. ….. (E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub section (1) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number S.O. 828(E), dated the 21st November, 1994 (No. 61/94-Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994 namely:-

In the said notification, in the table, against serial number 17, in column 3, against item (a ) relating to Bagdogra, for the existing entry in column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

(4)  “Unloading of imported goods and the loading

of export goods or any class of such goods.”

Note-The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India vide notification no. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994 (S.O. number 828 (E), dated the 21st November,1994 and was last amended by notification No. 03/2009 Customs(N.T.) dated the 06th January,2009 (S.O. number 44(E),dated the 06th January,2009).
