G.S.R. 523(E).In partial modification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs Notification No. 38/2023-Customs (N.T.) dated 23.05.2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 392 (E), dated the 23rd May, 2023, ” Notification No .38/2023-Customs (N.T)” 23.05.23 may be read as “Notification No. 37A/2023- Customs (N.T.) dated the 23rd May, 2023”.
