Notification No. 128/2015-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 24^th November, 2015

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-V, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Mumbai Zone-II to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on –

(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra-400707;

(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi-110020;

(iii) the Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Sterlite Technologies Limited, GE-1, E-2, Industrial Area, MIDC, Waluj, Aurangabad, Maharashtra-431136 and others issued vide Show Cause Notice number VIII/26/07/2010-HRU, dated 31^st May, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
