New Delhi, the 24th November, 2015

S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and Sub­section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kolkata to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on –

(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, (Air Cargo Complex), 15/1, Strand Road, Custom House, Kolkata-700001;

(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Kolkata-700001, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s JMT Auto Limited, Plot No. C-19/20, D/2,3, NS-35 (P) 7th Phase, Industrial Area, Adityapur, Jamshedpur-832109 and others issued vide Show Cause Notice number. 71 8(ii) 11 /Comr/PRU/20 11-12, dated 31st December, 2012 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Lucknow Zonal Unit, Lucknow.
