Notification No. 54/2015-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 4th June, 2015

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs, Chennai-IV to act as a common adjudicatingauthority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i)   the Principal Commissioner or  Commissioner of Customs, Chennai- IV;

(ii) the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs, Chennai-VII Air Cargo;

(iii) the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs,Bengaluru City,Bengaluru  Commissionerate;

(iv) the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs, Airport and  Air Cargo Complex, Bengaluru City, Bengaluru;

(v) the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex(Export), New Customs House, New Delhi;

(vi) the Principal Commissioner or  Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Tughlakabad(Export); and

(vii) the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Central Excise, Puducherry, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., I.P. No. 1, Sector-28, Faridabad-121008 issued vide F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-38/2013/3098-3107, dated the 14th November, 2014 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad  ZonalUnit, Ahmedabad.
