Notification No. 58/2015-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 4th June, 2015

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Vishakhapatnam-I Commissionerate, Vishakhapatnam to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

nbsp;

(i)  the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Vishakhapatnam-I Commissionerate, Vishakhapatnam;

(ii)  the  Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Sea Port-Import, Chennai; and

(iii) the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo, Chennai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice  pertaining to M/s DOZCO (India) Private Limited, No.243, Block-D, Industrial Development Park, Auto Nagar, Vishakhapatnam-530012 issued, vide F.No. VIII/26/03/2013-DRI-HRU, dated the 29th December, 2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal  Unit,  Hyderabad.
