NOTIFICATION
No. 30 /2000-CUSTOMS(N.T.)

S.O. – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of] 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the  following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in  the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 52/94-Customs(NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 9 “relating to the State of Orissa, against item (2) occurring in column (3), relating to Gopalpur,  in column (4), for the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

” Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.”.
