Seeks to amend notification No. 30/2022- Customs, dated 24.05.2022, in order to discontinue the specified TRQ rate after the 31st March 2023.

Notification No. 15/2023-Customs Dated: 3rd March, 2023

G.S.R. 169(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) read with section 124 of the Finance Act, 2021 (13 of 2021), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 30/2022-Customs, dated the 24th May,2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 392(E), dated the 24th May,2022, namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figure “2024”, the figure “2023” shall be substituted.
