Clarification with respect to NDS-OM – Investments – Master Circular 

Reference is drawn to the provisions of Para 4.11.3 of Investments – Master Circular No.IRDA/F&I/CIR/INV/226/10/2022 Dt.27^th October, 2022 with regard to secondary market trading in Government Securities. It is hereby clarified that “All trades reported on NDS-OM platform shall be treated as compliance with the requirements of Para 4.11.3 of the Master Circular.”
