Amnesty Scheme under Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 is extended from 31.08.2022 to 31.10.2022.

NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, dated August 31, 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51A and 51B of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department’s notification number F.12 (11) FD/Tax/2022-104 dated 23.02.2022, as amended from time to time, with immediate effect, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said notification,-
1. Amendment of Clause 1.- In sub-clause (2) of clause 1, for the existing expression “31.08.2022”, the expression “31.10.2022” shall be substituted; and
2. Amendment of Clause 3.- In clause 3, in the Table under the existing definition (1) for the existing expression “31.08.2022” against Phase-III, the expression “31.10.2022” shall be substituted.
