Govt notifies amendment in Courts for trial of cases under PMLA in Telangana vide notification No. S.O. 4042(E) dated: 16th August, 2022.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th August, 2022
S.O. 4042(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money – laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Telangana, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 372(E) dated the 5th February, 2016. In the said notification, in the table, for S.No. 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely: –
