Amends Notification No. 50/2001-Central Excise (N.T.) Dated 28-6-2001

Notification No. 14/2003-Central Excise (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 14 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 50/2001-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 28^th June, 2001, published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 486(E), dated the 28^th June, 2001, namely:-

In the said notification, after paragraph 8, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

“(9) It shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 31^st day of March, 2003.”.
