Notification No. 62/2000-Customs (N.T.)
S.O. (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government “of India in the Ministry of Finance, –Department–of-Revenue,-No- 62/94-Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharashtra, against item number (2) occurring in column (3) relating to Dharmtar, ^in column: (4), for the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
“Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.”
