NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th March, 2022

DOR.MON. No. 3862/07.12.000/2021-22.—In pursuance of Section 36 A (2) of B R Act, 1949 (AACS) Reserve Bank of India hereby notifies that Tumkur Pattana Sahakara Bank Niyamitha, Tumkur, Karnataka has ceased to be a co-operative bank within the meaning of this Act, and thereupon all the provisions of this Act applicable to such co-operative bank shall cease to apply to it, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such notice.
