Subject: Amendment in Para 2.54 of Handbook of Procedures of FTP (2015-2020) — Extension of timelines regarding.

F. No. 01/89/180/53/AM-01/PC-II(B)/E-2382: In exercise of powers conferred under Para 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Para No.2.54 (d)(v)(ii) of the Handbook of Procedures of FTP (2015-2020) and extends the deadline to install and operationalise Radiation Portal Monitors and Container Scanners in the designated sea ports up to 31.03.2022.

Effect of this Public Notice:

The timelines for installation and operationalisation of Radiation Portal Monitors and Container Scanners in the designated sea ports is extended from existing 30.09.2021 to 31.03.2022.
