NOTIFICATION NO. 247/2007, DATED 28-9-2007
In supersession of notification bearing SO 1093 (E) (dated 21st June, 2007) and in exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (23EA) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the “Delhi Stock Exchange Customers” Protection Fund, DSE House, 3/1, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi – 110002 as an Investor Protection Fund set up by The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Limited, a recognised stock exchange in India, for the purposes of the said clause from the Assessment Year 2002-03 and onwards.
