NOTIFICATION NO. 65/2007, DATED 2-3-2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause (23EA ) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the “The Stock Exchange Investors’ Protection Fund, The Stock Exchange, Mumbai, 25th Floor, P.J. Towers, Dalal Street, Fort Mumbai-400023″ as an Investor Protection Fund set-up by ‘The Stock Exchange, Mumbai’, a recognised stock exchange in India, for the purpose of the said clause.
