MCA stops displaying Residential Address of Directors, KMP & DPs

MCA Removed ‘present Residential Address’ of Directors, KMP and Designated Partners (DPs)

Till 18.08.2020, With the help of View Signatory Details tab given under the MCA Services Tab on the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), one can view the following information about Directors, KMP and Designated Partners (in case of LLP):-

i. DIN/DPIN/PAN

ii. Full Name

iii. Designation

iv. Present Residential Address

v. Date of Appointment

vi. Whether DSC Registered

vii. Expiry Date of DSC

viii. Surrendered DIN

However, with effect from 19.08.2020, MCA has removed the option to view Present Residential Address of the Director/KMP/Designated Partner.
