Sir,
I am at the age 56years 9 months, unable to do field job, several times I have requested for office job to my seniors & HR department but till date they have not considered my case.
Further, I would like to say that I am suffering from Heart deasease and also a chronic diabetes patient. Dr adviced me avoid feild job & travelling also.
I am working in Ultratech cement Limited In cement division posted at Ara. My service period is 16 years in Ultratech cement Ltd.
Now I want to apply for Valuntary retirement.
