    the compliance gets neglected due to number of returns to be submitted, when will the businessman focus on his business – income/expenses/profit/loss/working capital/ banking/ production/ inventory/ manpower/ labour/accounts receivables and payable etc over & above taxes and other routine business promotional and liasoning ????

    even if any businessman genuinely submits returns, who has time to read.
