Subject: Extension of time limit for submitting the declaration in FORM GST ‘TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 117 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, on the recommendations of the Council, and in super session of Order No. 07/2017-MGST dated 28th October, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such super session, the period for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 is extended till 27th December, 2017.
