MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017.
No. MGST. 1017/C.R.146/ Taxation-1.—In exercise of the powers under sub-rule (2) of rule123 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (XLIII of 2017) the Government of Maharashtra hereby constitute the State Level Screening Committee consisting of following officers, namely :—
(a) Shri Omnarayan Bhangdiya–Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra State.
(b) Shri Suresh Krishnani–Commissioner GST, Mumbai, Government of India.
